HELLO SPRING! IT’S GET FRESH FRIDAY!
Hey Hey guys! Its been a few weeks and boy oh boy do we have a lot life has been life-ing! Despite all of the craziness, your girl is still here and in the spring spirit. But before I get into this Get Fresh Friday look, I just want to take a moment to let you know that, “you got this sis!” Life is a crazy roller coaster, but God never gives more then we can bear! And despite how crazy and uncomfortable this season may be for you, just know that their is someone who has it worse and wish they were in your shoes! Whew! I know that was a lot, but I had to get that off my chest. Now Hello Spring! It’s Get Fresh Friday!
First and foremost, your girl is definitely in the spring spirit, and you can tell with this bold color block outfit. You guys know I am a neutral girlie and I have spent some time recently re-defining my style post babies. So when shopping for spring pieces, I took the same tips from my previous post. I have a postpartum body friendly clothing haul coming next week and I can’t wait for you guys to see the pieces I picked up! But for now, let’s focus on this combo!
Literally I love everything about thus color block look, I don’t know who is more of the star? This lime green button down top or these blue trousers. While coming across spring/summer pieces, I instantly knew these two pieces would pair amazingly together. And I”m glad to see my thoughts didn’t let me down! Although the top is a more muted lime green, it’s still works perfectly with the trousers. The beautiful blue hue of this pant, makes it such a statement piece. But it can easily be pair with neutrals to help tone it down.
Lastly, let’s talk accessories. I have been trying to do better with affordable investing in more accessories. My latest obsession is currently handbags and sunglasses. So styling this look with simple accessories was my goal. I went with a while clutch and a color block heel. Although these heels don’t have any of the exact colors of the outfit, it still works real well with the look!
All in all, its safe to say the I am excited for spring and summer fashions this year. Especially as my wardrobe continues to evolve. I have lots of hauls and ootds coming. But in the meantime in between time Hello Spring! It’s Get Fresh Friday!
