Hey guys! Although it is officially fall here in Atlanta, it will be a while before it actually feels like it. This is where dressing when you are in between seasons comes into play. In Atlanta, fall weather usually is warm and sunny during the day, and is cooler towards the evening. At times, we do have cool breezes during the day. If you know like I know, it is always better to be safe than sorry. So dressing to accommodate the bipolar weather is key. I usually make it a point to mix and match pieces that with keep me warm, but not make me hot. I know it sounds crazy lol, but I promise it sounds more complicated than it is lol.

Honestly, I cannot tell you guys how much I wear button downs during this time of year. There versatility and comfort are like none other. You can pair your button down with jeans, leggings, boots, or sneaker and still look like you put in effort! Plus they are also great for layering. I sometimes wear camis or tank tops underneath mines for added warmth.

This look is perfect for a summer fall transition. This button down top is light, airy, and features a vintage pattern print. I also love that the floral prints in this shirt are fall-ish. Now these jeans are everything! You guys know denim is my weakness, and I have searched high and low for a pair like these. (Long leg problems smh) The distress, fringe, and frayed details definitely make this pair of jeans a statement piece. To complete the look, I wore a camel colored mule from my summer wardrobe.

How are you dressing for the in between season? Comment down below and let me know!

As always…until next time!
